Appartement dans grange | Vues paisibles | Juste à l’ouest de Little Rock

Looking for a little getaway near Little Rock? You just found a quaint barn apartment that has all the basics for your stay. Queen size bed, cozy family room with smarttv-wifi is a little spotty in the cabin. Home sits on 5 acres right next to a popular creek spot and offers local views of the pastures and surrounding trees. 1/2 mile to Dollar General and Ferndale Market and if you need more only a 12-minute drive to Costco. There is another house on this property if you wanted to rent it separately for others to join you with your stay. So, grounds will be potentially shared if the other home is occupied. Heat and air are portable units due to the small size of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 300 sq ft.
The apartment is on a property that also has a main home that is also a vacation rental if you needed more space. So, please understand there may be other people on the property staying in the main home. The fire pit is reserved for the main home. Please feel free to reach out to me and if no one is staying in the main home, we are happy to have you use it.
