„The house boat was beautiful, clean and the patio over looking the lagoon was very relaxing. There are manatees that visit too. :) The neighbors are very friendly, as is the staff. The kayaks and bicycles are included in the rental, which is fantastic. The location s very close to groceries and local parks. We took an airplane scenic ride which was the highlight of the trip. The small airport is only 3 miles away. We will come back to Yacth Haven !“

„The entire family thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to the Florida Keys. We rented the property for a total of 21 days which met the needs of our extended family rather nicely. Units one thru five are described as "Water View." However, if a view of the water is desired, you should consider units one thru three. „Good contact to owner. House was as described/seen in pictures and clean. Bed was comfortable, kitchen ok, fridge a little bit loud at night. Unfolded couch (sleeping mode) not recommened for adults, mattress too soft, but good for a child. Air condition and ceiling fan as well as WiFi very good. Cabana Club was nice and a good playground is not far away. Conclusion: nice house, well equipped and affordable. Gladly again.“

„It was fantastic, good quality, comfortable and we will happily go back. One strange downside is there is a phenomenon at the natural beach on the property that smells terrible. It’s less noticeable when the tide is high but unfortunately that’s just nature and this beach is smelly. If you have a sensitive stomach you will not have a good time. We left the property for other beaches when it bothered us and otherwise had a fantastic stay. Smell was not present in the rooms at all. “
