« Great for the family with a central location. Everything we needed was within walking distance. »

« This rental was everything we needed. It was clean, easy to find and get in, located in a great neighborhood and relatively close to the dog beach. Most days we could park super close to the rental, and there were a few days we had to park about a block away. Couldn’t have asked for anything more »

« We loved it! The host was exceptionally hospitable and easy to reach when we did have questions (thought they were few because everything was communicated very well up front). The space was as described, if not slightly bigger than the pictures make out. We had three adults, and besides sharing a bathroom, we never felt on top of each other. Everything was clean and well kept. We really enjoyed staying here! »

« Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This Bird Rock location is perfect - great shopping and food in La Jolla and just a few blocks to Pacific Beach! Close freeway access makes everything in the San Diego area easily accessible. The cozy studio felt spacious, thanks to its vaulted ceilings and skylights. Parking on the street was close and easy. Highly recommend! »

« Very thoughtfully appointed, and the cabinets are well labeled to find what you need quickly. The bed is comfy, but it does lie very low to the ground. The jetted tub is wonderful, and the beach gear helped us get the most out of our stay. It's hard to overstate how convenient the location is. A few steps from the beach, and a couple mins walk to stores, amusements, and a variety of food options. »

« Property was nice and reasonably priced compared to other nearby locations. Beds were comfortable and property had plenty of room for the four of us to each have our own space. »

« Thomas was an extremely kind and welcoming host. His place was cozy and had all the necessary amenities. The location is also superb being within walking distance of the beach, Birdrock, and downtown La Jolla. The neighborhood is quiet and very pretty.Our only issues were the bed was slightly uncomfortable. That aside it was perfect for 1 or 2 people and we'd happily stay again! »

« Such a cute little bungalow. It is small, but you dont need much space anyways. As noted in the listing, there is no ac, however we didnt need it. Theres plenty of shade around keeping it cool. I would stay here again. »

« Well worth the money we paid. Cleanliness good. Communication and check-in excellent. Bldg. numbers on outside/front of building would be helpful. Would definitely book again. »
