„The walk to the beach everyday was awesome! We didn't have to worry about driving or parking, it was all in a walkable distance. There are plenty of choices for eating, relaxing, and entertainment. Of all the places we ate, our favorite was the Duck Dive. They had the best Black & Bleu Steak Salad and Steak and Lobster Tail!! I highly recommend eating here.“

„I booked this as a last-minute extension of a work trip to visit with some friends in the area. This was the coziest apartment in a great area! So walkable and super close to the beach. Thanks, Justin, for letting me stay in your place for a bit - I’ll definitely be staying here again!“

„Wir waren sehr zufrieden, der Empfang mit den Magaritas war toll, obwohl Alisa selbst in Urlaub war. Fahrräder und Strandstühle sind vorhanden; tatsächlich sind es nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. Das Badezimmer ist der Hit!! Alles zum täglichen Bedarf ist um die Ecke erreichbar. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der Nachbar, der von 3 pm bis 10 pm lautstark Musik hört oder TV sieht. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave).
