Due to this prime location, some external noise should be expected, particularly on weekends. To help with comfort, complimentary earplugs and a white noise machine are provided inside the apartment.

While the property does not offer on-site parking, a paid multi-storey car park is conveniently located around a five-minute walk away (approximately 150 metres). Parking fees are not included in the stay.

To maintain a respectful and well-managed environment, bookings are limited to guests aged 21 and over.
