Our hotel is not located on a main road, and is advertised online that we are located on a pedestrianized street. Breakfast is provided daily and is in the room before you arrive. We store chilled items in the fridge and cereal and fruit on the kitchen counter. I apologise if this wasn't the case. However, had you brought this to our attention we would have delivered for you. Laundry facilities are only provided in 1 bedroom apartments, however, for all other room types, we have washing facilities free to use on floor 3 and floor 5. We hope you do return to us soon.
