« Excellent property that is an easy walk from the town center. Great views from private outdoor area that includes sun beds, lounge chairs and jacuzzi. Covered parking. The property owner was excellent with comminication prior to check in through the end of our stay. Highly recommend! »

« We had a wonderful stay in this property. The rooms are very spacious and there are few spaces to enjoy the sun or stay in the shade. The location is very convenient close to Argostoli and there are many spots all around the island. But with the pool, the jacuzzi, the billiard ...you can stay in the villa ! Anne was really helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants. Thank you Anne. »

« New property very close to the water where you could swim. Very welcoming owners who have created a very comfortable relaxing villa. It was very quiet and peaceful with wonderful views. Wonderful, delicious meal was created for us and some delicious baklava - home made of course - was a fabulous treat. Thank you Demitris and Dyonisos. We will be back in the future. »

« We had an amazing stay at Vila Alaties! The villa is beautiful, comfortable, and felt like home from day one. Our kids loved the pool! Die freistehende neu erbaute 2-Zimmer Villa liegt ohne unmittelbare Nachbarschaft ruhig mitten in der Urbanisation mit herrlichem Blick auf den schönen Pool und das Meer und bietet absolute PrivatsphĂ€re. Die Villa ist aufgrund gut angebrachter Hinweisschilder problemlos zu finden. Das letzte StĂŒck der Zufahrt (ca 800 Meter) erfolgt ĂŒber einen Schotterweg, der jedoch ohne Probleme mit einem PKW befahren werden kann. Die Ausstattung im Haus...
