« Everything was great - very quiet neighborhood. Very large kitchen and living room and master bedroom and bath are large. The other bedroom very good size, plenty of closet space. Beds are very comfortable! House was very clean and just as pictured. There is a full size coffee maker. Patio was nice and private. Patrick was great - very quick to respond. « We went to Georgia for a special Vampire Diaries themed sweet sixteen girls weekend. We picked this place for its location and conveniences to the center of town and surrounding businesses.The check in process was easy and had no difficulty with access to the rental or using the amenities. « I didn't get in til late and had never booked a stay with the host in the residence at the same time but Girum was very hospitable and helpful. I was able to do a load of laundry and it was nice to have a mini fridge for my food upstairs too. It was genuinely such a comfortable and peaceful stay -and he even texted me to let me know I forgot my charger after I left. I asked him if he could ship it to me and I'd pay him back and he said yes. Girum is honestly the best!! I would recommend anyone...

"I liked the proximity to restaurants and shopping areas. Well located. I found my room clean. The housekeeper passed everyday to ask what needs to be replaced in the room. It's a pretty calm neighborhood. The breakfast is basic. The internet connection has trouble sometimes. Overall, it's a good ratio quality/price. One false note is that I needed help with my TV one day and it was not easy to get help. I called the front desk and I was told someone will come within minutes. No one came. My subsequent calls were not even picked up. I have to go to the front desk and insist. After that, the problem was solved right away. "
