„We were very pleased with the Old Barn and it is one of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in. It was well equipped and included things that we usually have to bring with us when staying away, such as washing up liquid, cloths, tea towels, soap, salt and pepper. The hosts provided a pint of milk on arrival, with tea, coffee and sugar and some homemade bara breth which was lovely. They met us when we arrived and took us through everything from the recycling to using the FreetSat TV. It was ...

„Clean and tidy, excellent location and beautiful views.“

„Staff & room great“

„The Jug & Bottle is a really well run establishment. Attention to detail in all things they do is a joy to experience. Our room was very well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices and high quality. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Our evening meal could not be bettered. The menu was varied with a wide range of choices and the wine list excellent. Delicious food and wine and very good value as indeed was the cost of our two night stay. ...

Sehr ruhig, alles sehr gepflegt. Eigener Zugang über Aussentreppe. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hause.“

„Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee, Kekse, sauberes Bad mit Badewanne, comfortable Stühle, tolles Bett, Büro zum Arbeiten. Gutes Frühstück.“

„The castle and its grounds are stunning and great to explore and the village right outside the gates is lovely too. The roaming peacocks were a true highlight as well! Unfortunately the room was not very clean and quite worn down, specially the bathroom. Breakfast was ok but the food at dinner was unfortunately not recommendable“

„Pictures look better than reality. But all in all, decent hotel and breakfast was good“

„It is located in a quiet and very beautiful part of the country. A perfect place to relax for a few days.“

„What a fantastic and peaceful 5 night stay. The hut was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was powerful. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking for a comfortable and peaceful get away, and would certainly stay there again. Due to the hot weather and many wildfires in Wales, there was a BBQ and fire ban, so we had to alter what we had planned to cook, with only 2 hob rings, a microwave and a small fridge, but with a bit of organisation and regular ...
