Think again!
This is an option you should go for only if you have no other hotels available. Booked two rooms for a night and called 10 days in advance asking for rooms to be next to each other. Hotel confirmed that to be the case. Once we arrive at the property the rooms are not together and the front desk couldn’t do anything as the hotel was fully booked (wonder how?). Tea service takes 2-3 reminders to arrive. Nothing available after 10 PM, we needed some warm milk for my 2 year old but they couldn’t serve. AC remotes weren’t working due to dead batteries, wasn’t checked before we checked in.Water in the bathroom would not drain which was absolutely disgusting. Never again, certainly not worth the money.

Overall a great stay
I redeemed a free night on my stay in Zara’s . The check in was smooth , since we booked a superior room , we were first given a room on the third floor which was nice but since I was with kids , I requested them to give me a room on the first floor which weren’t available because they were completely booked for New Years . However they gave me a bigger room on the ground floor behind the reception area which was even better . The room had a double bed and a single bed also . We took the dinner buffet . The food was excellent . The service was also very good . The only drawback which I’m sure they can work on is they need to paint up the rooms and a wooden flooring or a carpet in the superior rooms will be nice .

Awful experience. Dirty bathroom, dysfunctional staff, terrible room service, and uncomfortable bed - you name it. Restaurant food was somewhat tolerable but overall one of the worst hotel stays ever!
