We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the heart of Earl’s Court, the apartment offers a peaceful, residential base surrounded by elegant period townhouses and leafy garden squares. You're just minutes from Earl’s Court and Gloucester Road stations, making it effortless to reach the Natural History Museum, Hyde Park, Kensington High Street and the V&A. Local cafés, restaurants and shops sit right on your doorstep, perfect for relaxed London living.

The Earls Court Underground Station is just a 5-minute walk from the flat, offering easy access to the District and Piccadilly lines. This convenient location connects you effortlessly to central London and beyond, making your city explorations a breeze.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
