Stilvolles 3-Zimmer-Haus in Kensington, nahe Notting Hill

  • A wonderful modern 3 bedroom house in Kensington/ Notting Hill Gate/Holland Park W8 a short 5 minute walk to Notting Hill Gate tube and 8 minutes to High Street Kensington.

    The house is light, bright and spacious over three floors. From the street you enter into the kitchen. Through a lobby leads you past the main shower room and onto the large ground floor bedroom with a super king size double bed and a sofa bed opposite a large TV with Apple TV.

    The first floor has a dedicated open plan lounge with wooden floors, modern sofas, smart TV and dining area with seating for 6 people. The architect designed floating staircase leads you up to the second floor to the master bedroom with super kind size bed, the single bedroom and a bathroom with bath and hand shower.

    All the beds are made up on your arrival with crisp white hotel style linen, and the bathrooms have fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

    The house is located on a quiet residential one way street and is in walking distance to so many tourist locations such as Notting Hill Gate, High Street Kensington, Portobello Road, Holland Park and Kensington Palace. A perfect premier West London location to experience all that London has to offer.

    The nearest tubes are: Notting Hill Gate - Central Line & High Street Kensington - Circle and District line.

Caroline was a fantastic host! She’s very friendly and helpful and her house was perfect for our family! The decoration is modern and elegant and there is plenty of room for everyone to relax after a long day wandering around London. It’s conveniently located close to an underground station with lots of food and shopping options nearby. We had a fantastic visit and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Caroline’s house in Kensington. The location was fantastic, only a 5mins direct walk from Notting Hill Gate tube with great restaurants. We enjoyed takeaway Thai food from the famous Churchill Arms pub at the end of the road. Had a drink whilst we waited too. The house was perfect for socialising with friends. The first floor lounge was spacious and comfy. We could seat and eat around the table and also lounge around on the sofas. It was beautifully presented with fresh towels. The beds were super comfy and king size doubles so didn’t feel squashed when sharing. In the morning we enjoyed coffee and pastries in the cafe also at the end of the road!Considering how central we were it was so quiet and relaxing. Caroline was a lovely and helpful host and made everything very easy from start to finish. Her response time to questions was fast. We are already trying to organise the next date to stay there again. I would highly recommend it. We found a gem!
