« This apartment worked out great for our family trip! 5 minute walk to the closest tube station, washing machine (no dryer) with outdoor patio to dry clothes. Because it is located on the ground floor- it was nice and cool during an unusual heat wave for London! Steve was very responsive and tried hard to accommodate all of our needs/requests- even letting us arrive early so we could store our bags! All in all a great stay! »

« We really enjoyed our stay. We visited at the end of December and could not have asked for a better location - right in the heart of everything, close to several great transportation options and tube lines, and in the middle of a great shopping area. The host was responsive. The trip was easy. »

« Nice apartment and good location. However the second bedroom was not presented as it was in the photos. In the photographs it shows a double bed with bedside tables and lamps either side of the bed. In reality the double bed is pushed up against a wall and there was no bedside tables or lamps. »

« We just departed from one of our favourite flats in the UK! Loved the Notting Hill neighborhood, the cleanliness of the flat, the wonderful quality bath and bed linens, the ample storage for clothes etc, and the relaxing patio. « I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly...

« This was a ground floor apartment with very little ventilation as there was only a small window in the kitchen. It was supplied with 1 fan for a 2 story flat. In the heat wave that Europe was experiencing it was not comfortable or I felt healthy to try to stay and checked into a hotel immediately. I was given no refund or offer of a portable a/c unit and told it was not a hotel. »
