« Great beach vacation location! Close to beach and super close to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions. Only downside, parking is a bit tight. But when most everything is in easy walking distance, just park out of the way. Location exactly as listed, no surprises. It’s the beach; our family just needs a place to sleep, grab a quick snack/meal, and to clean up. Perfect. If our children were younger (now 18 and 16), we’d book again. Probably need another room at this point just to avoid...

« We can't say enough about how great this place is! Our 4.5 year old son loves coming here! It's literally 3 houses from the beach entrance and has all the comforts of a kid-friendly home. « This was the perfect little place to stay for 2 adults and a chocolate lab. The proximity to the beach and the bay was ideal. Bars and restaurants were close too. My dog loved having his bed next to the slider for the breeze and outdoor scenery. Not a complaint, but would make it spot on if there was a screen door on the front and the shower water pressure was a little stronger. I would recommend this little gem. »

« We have been coming down to LBI for many years and this by far was our favorite place. The condo was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The views from the back deck were spectacular! The location was perfect, walking distance to everything! Dale, the owner, responded quickly with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property! »
