Con: dirty and smelly furniture, we did some cleaning but gave up on it in the end, the insolence of it is that you have to pay a cleaning fee, we did plenty of pictures that prove all the dirt; most of the windows are rotten and broken, at one window tape covers the cracks in the glass; mattresses were uncomfortable; water strongly tastes like mold, so we had to boil it to make it potable; there is a mouse hole ...

„Such a great wee get away spot not too far from Dunedin city. 2min walk to the beach and it is beautiful even on a miserable day. Has everything you could need for a week away with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Fire heats the whole house but there are also lots of other heating options. Friendly hosts and the property was clean and tidy and well looked after. Looking forward to our next trip already!“
