« The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Rooms were tight quarters with those beautiful log bed frames. Only 3 of us and hard to move at times. Other than that, great little getaway for my boys to ski and kick it poolside »

« Everything was clean, staff was nice, however early in the morning before our checkout, my child was sitting at the desk in our room and a cleaning person took it upon themselves to let themself in our room. However, once they saw someone in the room, they quickly left. Everything else was fine. But also, what happened to knocking first and announcing yourself? »

« This hotel is adorable, and there is so much to do! My only complaint was with the cleaning crew, who seemed to have missed our room; the complimentary water bottles were missing when we arrived, and there were a few small piles of dirt in the corners. Not to mention pine needles all over the patio. »
