- Erster Stock Golf Front. Erweiterte Schlafzimmer. Kürzlich renoviert. Privat und sehr nahe am Golf. Die Küche ist elegant und verfügt über Geräte aus Edelstahl. Drei Fernseher mit DVD. Die Höhle und das Wohnzimmer überspannen den Golf und bieten allen Komfort von zu Hause. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Schreibtisch. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten. Sie sind nur wenige Schritte vom Grillplatz entfernt. Der Strand ist nicht nur praktisch, sondern was für eine Aussicht. Waschmaschine und Trockner inklusive.

This place at the beach was amazing! Easy first floor access right out to the beach with spectacular views. Sunsets were incredible.Condo is clean and spacious with comfy beds. Location is perfect--very quiet and peaceful-yet you can get to Sarasota or Anna Maria Island easily. Dry Dock and Waterfront Grill were delicious! Heated pool was lovely. Thank you to all the staff!

The condo we stayed in was very dirty. Moldy shower curtains with lipstick smears, crackers on the living room floor, dirty unwashed dishes put back in the cabinets, sand on dining room chairs, spills and dirt on tables, walls, and carpets. We cleaned up most of this ourselves on arrival. Cleaning crew needs spoken to. Very poor. We have stayed at Sand Cay many times and never had this experience before. We will be back because this was an isolated incident and we did report this to management so improvement can be achieved.

The unit can not be more convenient to get to and from the beach. Simply open the sliding glass door , walk along the grass area, and the gulf is right there at your feet. Our favorite spot was definitely the small terrace—coffee in the mornings and late afternoon snacks.

I have been here before but in a different unit. I would like to say that I just love it here. This unit needs some deep cleaning. The furniture and rugs were stained. There were pieces of children's toys under the couches along with empty water bottles. More pieces outside in the grass and patio. Mildew in the showers. I talked with the people in the office about this and they were extremely nice and tried to send someone to tidy up but we declined. We were not mad, just wanted to let them know that with what is charged for cleaning, it should have been very different from this. Things happen, we understand. Have already booked our next stay. (in a different unit)

Great views and beautiful private beach
This property is everything that was advertised. The views were great and just a short walk to a private beach. The interior was clean and neat with a cute beach theme throughout. The condo was very quiet with no noise from the occupants in the unit above us. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

So plleade understand that no matter what you read in my review, please know I would rent this place in a heartbeat! The bad: Honestly there are only three knocks on this unit. #1: the ceilings in this unit need to be replaced. There was water marks in almost each room, but especially in the second bedroom. I even had water drip on my arm at one point. For the location and cost of unit I wouldn’t expect to see that. #3: The patio pavers are not secured, and falling off. Easily someone could twist an ankle. Again for location and cost of unit I expected better. #2: Lack of beach gear for use of renters. Maybe I have been spoiled by other units, but there was only one beach chair. Now there are plenty on beach located on property, just none for us to use when we went elsewhere. The good: #1: Location, location, location! We loved being just south of the busy area, but close enough to use trolley. Traffic is an issue in this area (45 minutes to go 10) but St. Armand’s was close by, and Sarasota. #2: the unit is so close to the beach, has views of stunning sunsets from patio#3: the beach is gorgeous, not busy and a shell collectors heaven. #4: Sand Cay is a beautiful complex, with pool, tennis courts, and Shuffle board. The ladies in the office were awesome with local recommendations for good and kayaking.

My husband and I enjoyed everything about our stay in 102 at Sand Cay. This is our second year staying at Sand Cay. We love Longboat Key and this is a very reasonable place to stay. It was clean, close to the beach and local stores and resuarants. The beach isn’t crowded!!The confo is nicely decorated and comfortable! The pool is really nice and the office staff is friendly and very helpful. We plan on coming back to Longboat and Sand Cay next year! It was a wonderful break from the Ohio winter!!

After Christmas Respite
Left our gray skies and headed for the sunshine. The condo was clean, homey and just the right size for us. We could see the water from the porch while having coffee. Beach was so close that staying on the beach and going back to the condo was very easy. Nice beach. Loved the availability of beach chairs and having beach town on site to use and show our condo affiliation.
Enjoyed the living room and porch in the mornings. The tv room was perfect for the 4 of us to watch tv at night. Good mattresses, nice to have a tv in each bedroom and it was quiet at night.
Proximity to St Armand’s and Publix for shopping and food was perfect. Time of year made going to Anna Maria a bit challenging, but again it was close in mileage.
Would stay here again! Thanks for a good holiday getaway!

Family wedding stay
We were staying in Long Boat Key for a family wedding and rented this condo which was right next door to the reception. Very nice condo with all the accommodations of being at home. If I were ever to go back I would definitely rent this place again.

Peaceful beach!
Communication before arriving was excellent. Condo was perfect, clean & had everything we needed. Proximity to beach was great & chairs on beach were a bonus! Neighborhood is quiet with lots of nearby local restaurants.

Very nice and relaxing vacation
Sand Cay Resort is a very clean and friendly place to stay. We stayed in Unit 102 and loved being on 1st Floor, beach side. Our condo was so clean and we loved the beach decor. Perfect for four adults. We cooked and watched movies a few nights. We would definitely return.
