„Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert. Personal jederzeit verfügbar und sehr freundlich. Unterkunft gut von der Autobahn erreichbar. Kinokomplex, Kartbahn und diverse Restaurants in Laufnähe. Allerdings - was die Küche angeht - Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowellenofen, Gefrierschrank, Toaster und Wasserkocher verfügbar. Aber sonst absolut nichts - kein Geschirr, kein Kochgeschirr, kein Besteck, keine Teller, Gläaser oder Tassen, keine Spülbürste oder Spülmittel oder Küchenlappen/-tücher. Musste ...

„The hotel and room were very good, clean and comfortable. Although fridge in the room was a bit small. The only thing we didn’t like was the coffee they offered in the lobby. It was so dark roasted and bitter, it was not drinkable. Unfortunately the coffee provided in the room was dark roast as well. “

„Hotel rooms are dated, but there is a lot to do at that location. The sports bar is great - scenic, right in the river. Several food options, casino has three levels, and hotel is in a convenient location. “

„Pictures on website do not reflect the actual conditions of the hotel. This area is infiltrated with people who enjoy recreational drug use and smoking. It is in a very central location with all stores and freeways nearby. Room was NOT up to my expectations however, the bed was comfortable and sheets and linens were clean. Continental breakfast is coffee and carbs. Absolutely ZERO fruit or protein. Staff was friendly. “

„We chose this property because it had 7 stars on Expedia. When we arrived, the front desk associate was kind. There is no elevator. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The AC vent was broken. There was a hole in the wall from the doorknob. The bathroom ceiling was peeling over the bathtub. There were stains on the sheets. The chair in the room was completely covered in stains. There was no smoke alarm in the room. Overall, it was very uncomfortable.“

„Very dirty, bugs all over, very poorly maintained, security doors to the hotel had the locks broken so anyone could walk in. The adjoining door between rooms was duct taped closed. We didn't stay for our 2nd booked night but found a cleaner hotel close by.“

„The view of the river is worth a room with a view! If you want to enjoy the view even more, choose a patio river view room. The pool area is closed unless it is summer. I truly wish the hot tub could be open in the spring and fall. The restaurant is a must, excellent food and great staff.“
