Beautiful villa, in a stunning location. We absolutely loved staying in seahorses. The view from the terrace is lovely, villa is well equipped for you to enjoy your stay. James the owner was so helpful and when our car broke down after unloading, informed the site manager, so we would not incur charges for over staying in the residents parking area. Oh and the weather was a big bonus, warm and sunny everyday. Highly recommend
Absolutely lovely place. Beautiful views and lovely clean well equipped apartment. Owners were very friendly and helpful we will definitely be coming back
We just spend a week in this apartment. The owner is very helpful and responsive. The apartment is very clean, the view is amazing and itâs fully equipped with everything you will need. Although the English weather didnât totally play along we had a wonderful time and would definitely like to come back.
This place is an absolute gem. The holiday resort is tucked away in a peaceful valley, only yards away from the beach. The apartment was small but perfect for us. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The view from the terrace was stunning. Down by the beach there is a fabulous little bar, selling great food and drinks. The whole place was so peaceful and quiet. It was just perfect. We definitely intent to come again, and would highly recommend it.
What a beautiful location and apartment/villa is nicely dont too.
Only thing is, you have to climb 38steps- think for an elderly person.
Mind you, after that view from the terrece tou do forget about 38 steps.
Overall fantastic stay...
100% recommend it.
We had a lovely stay at Seahorses. James was great at communicating before our stay. The accommodation was very clean and the rooftop terrace was very spacious with stunning views.
Being right at the top of the cliff there is quite a few steps to be aware of but the views makes the climb worth it.
What an amazing stay. We loved the views and proximity of the beach, and being walking distance of Looe and all it had to offer.
The accomodation had it all. A large fridge/freezer, all cooking facilities and utensils, even an iron and bbq. Beds were comfy and I loved seeing the sea from my bed! There was great space to put away clothes and the shower was great. Didn't spend more than ÂŁ16 on electricity and ate in a fair bit.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seahorses! The steps leading up to the property definitely kept us fit, however we knew about this before booking and the owner kindly left us a bottle of prosecco in the fridge to help us recover, which was a lovely little touch! The property was immaculate and modern, and the balcony and views looking out over the sea were absolutely amazing! James was very good at communicating before our stay and we will definitely be returning in the future.... A wonderful mini break had by all the family âșïž
We had a lovely stay at Seahorses as a family of 4. James was a great host and the accommodation was clean, well equipped and cosy. The villa boasts stunning views over Millendreath beach and is ideally located for walking into Looe via Plaidy and the coastal path. We would definitely stay here again.
The Sea Horseâs villa was very clean and well presented with excellent views of the beach and sea. The property owner had put much in place to ensure a very enjoyable stay and kept us well informed beforehand of all places of interest. Due to its elevation it has to be reached by climbing a tall stairway so a certain degree of fitness is required although this did not pose a problem. If you want a holiday away from all the noise this place ticks all the boxes. Would definitely recommend and a return visit would be worth considering.
This is the 3rd year we have stayed at Seahorses villla and it did not disappoint. The villa has been updated and decorated by its new owner James who has done a fantastic job. The villa is really cosy, has everything you need and with great views too!
Down on the beach my 2 teenage boys hired kayaks and bodyboards at reasonable prices from the beach shack and had great fun out on the sea. There is also a beach bar and a takeaway if you fancy a bite to eat.
Looe is only a 5 minute drive away or a 45 minute walk along the coastal path.
6 miles away near Liskeard is The Adrenaline Quarry and I would highly recommend visiting here if action is on the agenda. Zip line, huge aqua inflatable course, go carting and much more on offer. I booked online before we left to get the timeslots we preferred for each activity.
Needless to say I have booked again for next summer. Great location, great villa, great host and great times to be had!!
Stayed at Seahorses for a week during August. Loved the accommodation, really clean and comfy/homely.
Had everything we needed and we really liked that it was so close to small beach and fab views.
I didn't realise at time of booking that we would need to purchase an electricity card, however this was really easy to do and didn't cost much maybe I just missed this when booking, also need to purchase car parking at ÂŁ20 for the week.
Communication with James the host was very good and he was helpful in providing any local information you may need.
Coastal path to Looe took us about 40 minutes to walk but I am a slow walker! Husband did it in 20 mins! Taxi back to apartment cost around ÂŁ12 so great if you have a meal and a few drinks.
Overall we loved Millendreth and the apartment and would recommend, we would definitely stay again.
The property itself was really maintained, with most aspects nearly new, working, and in great condition. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, because it's spacious and the views of the sea and surrounding hillsides are stunning! The sea views are equally great from the living room and the main bedroom. The host was very quick to respond a provide us with solutions if ever we had a query. It's a great location, we had a really relaxing week, and we'd definitely stay again!
