« We booked Marcie’s house for our semi annual vacation for 30 people for a week. The house had plenty of beds and bathrooms for the whole crew. The kids loved fishing and swimming all day. « We had a wonderful stay at this property! Definitely 5/5 stars. The home was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. There was plenty of room for our large group of 20 to spread out and relax. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still quiet and peaceful. Check-in and out was extremely easy. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. Would definitely stay here again! »

« We were so blown away with this property! One of the cleanest places we’ve rented. It’s two separate houses that are a short minute walk from each other. No detail’s been forgotten. We had children ranging from 3 to 18 year old and all children had fun playing with the games provided. The ping pong and foosball tables are very sturdy as well as being full-size. « Beautiful view, clean and organized. Easy drive to Chattanooga and surrounding attractions. Couple of suggestions: 1) Need to replace the only pan; it was worn and rusted 2) The inside couch is getting worn down; it creaks and the support bars can be felt thru the cushion 3) outdoor fan for the deck to just help circulate the air when there is no breeze »

« The property met our needs for everything we needed as far as plenty of rooms and beds. Nice to have two refrigerators. Host was easy to get in touch with and helpful with an hour earlier check in. This takes nothing away from the property, but would be nice to have another full bathroom downstairs in the front room. I’m pretty sure it list as a 4 bathroom but actually is a 3 1/2 bath. However, if ever back in Chattanooga area we would definitely stay at this property again. »

« Close to Chattanooga, Rock City, and Ruby Falls! We loved the screened in porch looking out at the backyard. There is a basketball hoop, foose ball, ping pong table, and hot tub that offered so much fun for our family. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone! »

« My daughter totally loved the tiny home. I think her words were, "It's so cute!" But I liked it too, had everything we needed and then some without the needless bloat. Suggestion. Put a unit number on the A frame as well as the tiny house to differentiate if they are technically the same address. We were a bit confused initially as the house was difficult to see at night behind the privacy fence.Overall an outstanding facility and experience. Will definitely stay again if possible. »
