"The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price"

"Staff not nice, pool wasn’t available to be used, mold in our bathroom, dingy smell to room and hotel. Will NOT be staying in this hotel again. Only good thing was convenience to Hamilton Place."

"Very clean. Excellent scenery. Key code for entry was sent to us incorrectly. I let them know. Ice machine didn’t work so I suggest putting ice cube trays in the fridge. Very nice updates to back patio! Loved the hot tub. This was my second time staying at Cloudland."

"We had a Great Stay. The space was spacious upstairs and downstairs. The views were unbelievable from the oversized patio. The space was nicely decorated and clean. The hot tub was wonderful and covered we were able to enjoy it even though it rained. I will definitely stay again. Great location everything ..."
