« There was a pool at the rooftop bar that was only about 2 feet deep 10 feet long. There was no microwave in the rooms and there was no coffee pot in the rooms. You had to get dressed and go down to a coffee shop in the lobby and pay to get a cup of coffee. No water or nothing available in the empty fridge. For $258 a night, I expected a little more. Was close to downtown and everything was walkable which was a plus. Can only do their valet parking there which you need because there's not hardly...

« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« The breakfast, checkout time of 12 noon, and the price were all great and the staff were professional and helpful. The beds however were TERRIBLY uncomfortable. The pillows were akin to sleeping on a folded up Tshirt and the mattress…I would have been more comfortable on the floor. Also the sheets didn’t fit the bed. So the location, price, staff, property overall and breakfast were great but our stay was long enough that the poor sleep due to beds made it significant enough of a problem not to...

« Lady at check in was super sweet. Got to room and the smell of urine was overwhelming. Dirt and dust everywhere. No cover on exhaust fan between rooms. White stuff all over pull out couch and mattress was yellow and stained up. Opened coat closet and it smelled like someone had been using it as the bathroom and the ironing board cover was hanging over the pole and it was covered in what appeared to be something nasty and it smelled like urine. Shower was cover in hair and when I opened the drain...
