« This was the perfect house for our family! It had lots of room for everyone and yet lots of good spaces to be together. The kitchen had everything we needed which is good for us - we like to cook together. The backyard and BBQ were great. How wonderful to be able to walk into Coupeville. The house had character and charm. It was outfitted with everything we wanted. The joke of the week - how could we have a butler's pantry and not have a butler. »

« Perfect place to stay for a week in Anacortes. It was super clean - had every amenity to make us feel at home. We hated to leave & will definitely be back. The hosts were awesome and very responsive when needed. 5 stars all around 💗 »

« Although by no means 'fancy' digs, the house and its furnishings were perfectly comfortable and ideal for our group of six. It was a 5-8 min walk to the center of town, so convenient to all activities. We didn't do any cooking so can't speak to the adequacy of the kitchen furnishings, but you do need to provide your own coffee. Simple, reasonably priced accommodations in a beautiful location. »

« Penn Cove was an interesting,fun place to explore. The beach house was a nice place to call home on our holiday. Loved the porch and fire pit. The one thing we did not know : an active, mussel harvesting company was right next door. Trucks and boats arrive around 6 am. We were ok with it but would have liked to know before booking. »

« My kids and I loved this place, the beach out front is perfect for families and the old school cozy cabin feel of the house was really fun. The house was stocked better than I've ever seen a vacation rental with little things that are appreciated like tissue boxes in every room, extra blankets, laundry detergent, sharp kitchen knives, etc. The fire pit out by the beach in the driftwood "forest" was perfect for a fire while the kids crawled among the driftwood. Great spot, we hope to return. »

« What a Lovely property this was! I came with my husband and my parents who are visiting from the East Coast and the location was absolutely perfect. Very close to downtown, incredibly clean, and the views were breathtaking! We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony every morning. Five stars! And excellent communication with the host as well. We will definitely be coming back! »

« We had a great short getaway and enjoyed sitting in the living room and outside watching otters, seals and boats pass by. This property is somewhat cheaper than some other comparable properties on Lopez and there is a reason, as indicated by many other reviewers. The home has generally not been updated much at all since it was built, so everything creaks and groans. For some strange reason, we found that most of the crockery had not been cleaned properly, so we had to clean it all off as we used...
