Toller Standort für Six Flags Magic Mountain
Das Hotel Hiltion Garden Inn eignet sich bestens in Kombination mit einem Besuch von Six Flags Magic Mountain. Als wir abends im Anschluss an den Parkbesuch ins Hotel zurückgekehrt sind, waren unsere beiden Zimmer weder gemacht und gereinigt worden. Wir haben dies umgehend beim Hotelpersonal gemeldet, aber leider bloss die Antwort erhalten, dass das Housekeeping um diese Zeit nicht mehr anwesend ist und man nichts mehr für uns tun kann. Das ist uns so noch nie passiert!

Optimal für SixFlags Magic Mountain
Sehr angenehm und ruhig. Das Zimmer war geräumig, jedoch für US Verhältnisse nicht übermässig gross. SixFlags ist zu Fuss in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es ein paar Fastfood Restaurants, ansonsten ist da nicht viel.

Wir verbrachten eine Nacht in dem Hotel um in den Six Flags Freizeitpark zu gehen. Park war fußläufig erreichbar. Hotel liegt direkt an einer Autobahn. Störte uns aber nicht. Super Frühstück.

It needs a coffee shop and a bar. The part time "restaurant " didn't have 3 out of the 4 items we ordered. The front and back of the house are outstanding. Big kudos to Sara . My wife and I had a very wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this property, just plan your food and drink elsewhere. D

Slightly dated but a great place to stay near Tesla superchargers and six flags. I’d definitely stay again even though it doesn’t offer complementary breakfast. If you are looking for newer and better there are options across the highway but you give up walking to six flags and convenience of charging your Tesla onsite

I have stayed at couple of places near this property and this was by far the best experience. I have a 4-year-old so the heated pool, restaurants, coffee, and gas station in the same parking lot made my life so much easier. Also the late check out gave us time to use the pool that was heated and very clean.

My experience was excellent. I just needed a clean comfortable, room and bed to sleep for a night and I got what I wanted. I would recommend this hotel. The price was also good.

Great location, excellent restaurant and staff within the restaurant. As far as the front office staff, they neglected to tell us the roofers were there and they closed the pool so we couldn't swim until it was later and super windy out. The tiles were left on the roof, but we didn't trust it because the roofers were negligent with nails to begin with and the wind. This gave us stress while utilizing the pool/Jacuzzi after it finally opened for a couple hours. The staff offered nothing in lieu of these oversights. Wish they would have said something about it so we weren't already locked in. Further, the gal had given a key to another party for my kids room. The couple stated the front office told them they were staying in that room which was bewildering to me that mistake was even possible. It did not make me feel comfortable at all. Fortunately, the couple asked me if they heard noises from that room and that's how we figured it out. It would have been an overall two stars, but the rooms were great, the maintenance did his best, the restaurant chef and host were excellent.

Reported a possible assault in the next room. Front desk lied about coming to the room to check on the possible victim. My kids heard the argument and yelling and were concerned the rest of our stay. Meals were very expensive for what was provided.

Expedia stated there was a shuttle to Six Flags, which was incorrect. We walked there instead, and there was a great deal of litter. Our sink drain was clogged, and there was leftover garbage in our room when we arrived. I suspect as it is the hotel closest to Six Flags, the subpar quality is okay.

Our experience at this hotel was not good for several reasons. Beginning with the check-in we were charged a $150 deposit despite prepaying for the room ahead of our arrival. We were then assigned to a room where the television was not working. I called the front desk, and the call was disconnected, I called back and was told an engineer would come to room to check out the issue. After a half hour I walked a quarter mile to the front desk and was told an engineer will come to room within 10 min – after waiting another half hour I drove back to the front desk and was assigned to another room where the thermostat was not working – again was told an engineer will come to room and we were happy when he arrived within 5 min. and then we find that the mini fridge was not working but decided to just live with it. However, this caused a delay in unpacking our things and moving our stuff to another room and missing an event. Also, during our pre check in we requested a wheelchair accessible room and was assigned to the back of the property where there was no handicapped parking or wheelchair accessibility to the entry and our room entry key only worked for bldg. 3 when or room was closer to bldg. 4 entry way. The following morning, we found that a complimentary breakfast is not offered at this facility and the cost for a breakfast is $20.99 per person. Finally, upon check-out we were not provided a receipt for our stay because we booked via Expedia.
