We were a little disappointed in our stay. The communication between Grand Welcome was frustrating.We received three different stories about the check-in process. It took several attempts to get a clear story. We would not stay at another property that used Grand Welcome.A welcome book that provided information about the property would have been very helpful. We needed to make a call about the projector instructions. A tv would have been better.Also, the garage door was locked so we had no access to the laundry. Very few towels were provided for five people.In addition, the Keurig coffee machine was time consuming for five people. We ended up buying a 10 cup coffee maker which was more efficient for us especially in the morning.We have stayed at three VRBOâs in the Long Beach area. Unfortunately, we probably wouldnât stay at this property.
