Solid House But some Annoying Aspects

The house was clean and large which was nice. But some aspects of the stay were annoying. You can't control the pool or hot tub so anytime you want changes you have to message the host. It was expensive for what it was - 4200 for 3 nights. For that much I should be able to turn the hot tub jets on or off. Plus only one heater so you can heat either the pool or hot tub - not both. So the pool was freezing and virtually unusable. Other than that the kitchen and living room are nice. Communication was easy.

Nice house in Venice

Nice house in Venice, drivable to lots of locations. 4 bedrooms but one is connected to the master. two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is a guest house attached to the home but it's separated by a small fence in the driveway. It was cold when we visited so didn't get to use the pool. The heat was stronger in the master bedroom than the rest of the house but we used the fireplace which helped a bit. Overall good stay. Would stay again.

Great place to have a reunion with family

Great house. Beautiful pool. Only negative is that it was impossible to keep the 4th bedroom at a comfortable temperature and master bedroom needs a closet for hanging clothes. But it was perfect for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving together and loved close proximity to the beach.

Gorgeous, clean and well-decorated - HUGE spot in Venice!

This rental exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated with more than enough space for our 3 guests. The master bedroom and bathroom is especially impressive and HUGE. The pool and hot tub was also really nice to have and use!

Stunning Space

We had such a fabulous time at this stunning home. It was the California vibe we were hoping for coming from Canada. The beautiful windows allowing flow between the indoors and outdoors made our pool time more luxurious. There were some days we just wanted to stay home and enjoy the house. It was very clean and welcoming. My daughter loved having her own “wing” as we called it. Complete with a workspace, closet, and bathroom all to herself. We had friends over for dinner one night and entertaining in that space was fun and easy. The beds were comfortable which can make or break a vacation, so I appreciated that because everyone slept well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house!

We had 7 girls in this house for 2 nights and it was awesome! The house was exactly as described, lots of room for the 7 of us. The property management was very communicative. The pool and jacuzzi was perfect.... we did get it heated. Close to lots of good bars and restaraunts... walkable ( 5 minutes ) to the Penmar which was a fun vibe! Definitely would recommend~

Great house in a good location

We immensely enjoyed our stay at the house in Venice. Communication was great, the house is well appointed/designed and the pool area is nice. Walking distance for us to Abbott Kinney and the beach was a plus. Highly recommended! Thanks.

Beautiful escape in Venice

Our adult family had a fabulous 3 day stay at this ultra chic little piece of heaven in Venice. Even more beautiful in person and mt standards are high. Two working gas fireplaces were a nice touch. Glass wall in living space opens completely so you feel like the outdoors comes in! Loved the hot tub too! Managing co and caretaker were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come back here again!

Incredible home!

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities! We stay here for one week for our daughter’s wedding. Seven adults and one baby! Beautiful interior and exterior. Great location! Backyard is a lovely oasis. Kitchen fully equipped. We had one unexpected plumbing issue but overall a wonderful place to stay!

Great stay in LA area

The property is gorgeous and perfectly match our expectations. This is a walking distance from Venice beach (around 20minutes) and has everything to host a large party like ours (2 adults couples, one teenager and a kid). the pool was the perfect size, and we took the heating option which was really great to us.

Great Home, Great Location, Great Vacation

Loved our time at this wonderful home.The house layout was perfect for a family gathering of 7. Very spacious great room opening up to the pool and spa was perfect. Tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. Location close to so many restaurants and activities. Nice quiet neighborhood and house privacy. Would definitely recommend for an extended stay in west LA

A beautiful home

This was the perfect home base for our stay in Venice. The home is clean, spacious, comfortable and relaxing. The kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub and the adults loved the open concept that allowed the backyard to feel like an extension of the living room. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near the grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. It's short drive to Santa Monica The host was quick and responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this home!

Family get away

This is a beautiful property. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all the living spaces especially the pool and spa. The property managers are great. They were very prompt in answering any questions. I would love to come back for more family time and relaxation.

Contemporary home with pool & spa

We are three generations of a family and we enjoyed the house and neighborhood very much. The house has a light, bright, contemporary feel and the children especially enjoyed the pool and spa. The open floor plan allowed for all of us to be together to socialize and eat both inside and outside.

Perfect for family gathering with adult kids and sig others!

Great house for a family!

Beautiful and modern home. Everything was clean and just as described in the listing. Stocked with a lot of household necessities. Great pool and hot tub in the backyard. Good location. Easy drive to groceries and restaurants. Property manager was excellent in responding to any questions we had. Would be very happy to stay here again if we come back to LA.
