A few things worth knowing before you book: Laurel Terrace is a two-story home with stairs from the street to the front door and is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations. Noise-sensitive neighbors mean outdoor gatherings should stay relaxed in volume, especially in the evenings. Parking accommodates up to two cars — one driveway spot plus street parking. Two closets on the property are locked and reserved for owner use.
