Séjour en famille qui C est bien déroulé. Piscine et salle de sport à disposition. Seul bémol, vs devez demander pour qu ils nettoie votre chambre alors que la plupart des autres hôtels le font automatiquement

Hôtel situé dans un quartier très agréable. Tout était très bien : confort propreté et vue. Le seul bémol est est la mauvaise isolation phonique des fenêtres car situé près d’une voie ferrée .

Very clean, comfortable beds and reasonable rates. Walkable to great food options. Felt very safe. The check in process took a little long but it was a 3 day weekend so I expected as much.

Hotel Burbank was convenient to different restaurants and shops. The hotel was nice and seemed clean. The bar and cafe were cute and convenient as well. The only complaint I have is that the front desk staff are not friendly. For people who work in customer service, I always felt that I was interrupting them by asking questions or just checking in. The staff everywhere else are very friendly.

We couldn’t sleep at night due to traffic and train noise and the city view was a dumpster truck and freeway no city view very unhappy

Staff were great. Don’t sleep on this property. The cafe within the hotel is awesome and great for families. Yes, the place was still quiet. Walkable everything and very close to the Burbank Airport.

What a great property if you are flying into Burbank airport. Great restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Also a great location for visiting Universal Studios or the attractions close by.

Property was reasonably priced,within easy access of major roads and had a perfect little restaurant on site that was great for a quick breakfast and even dinner one evening when we didn’t have time before an event. Staff friendly and helpful. Only problem was lack of access to pool and gym areas - our keys had to be replaced.

It was beautiful ., we hadn’t been there since the bar was enclosed - the decor is beautiful open clean inviting ! And the staff was very pleasing and kind — front desk very kind and welcoming … had a night cap and the bartender young lady was so sweet and friendly .. oh a Maria at the cafe was just as sweet pleasant friendly … thank you , we’ll be back for sure

I felt the manager that I ended up dealing with needs a lesson in what Hospitality truly is. She needs to listen to the clients and not what she is planning for the evening with her family. There was one young man I am trying to remember what his name was. I remember him for his tattoo of the T-Rex on his neck. He was the friendliest one of the employees I ran into. Super nice guy. Maybe the manager should learn from him. We had a couple conversation during my stay and he was always smiling.

We liked the hotel very much. It was clean and quiet and close to several nice restaurants in easy walking distance. The parking garage is difficult to figure out but the HELP button at the gate actually worked and my issue was quickly resolved. The parking fee seems very high though.

This hotel is a gem in a nice, safe area close to the freeway and other amenities. My only complaint is this trend I’m noticing where hotels now place their shower heads as high up to the ceiling in the bathroom as possible. A short person like myself has to step up to stand on the top of the edge of the tub to move the shower head into a convenient position. At one point someone is going to slip and injure themselves enough to warrant a lawsuit. Lower the dang thing, not every guest is 7 feet tall!
