„Der Checkin war schnell und reibungslos. Das Zimmer im 14. Stock mit schönen Blick über Polanco, entsprechend einem Hotel dieser Kategorie. Allerdings wurde der Aufenthalt extrem getrübt durch einen kompletten Ausfall der Wasserversorgung. Von 09:00 bis 11:30 am Sonntag gab es im ganzen Hotel kein Wasser. Wir mussten ungewaschen frühstücken, da um 12:00 checkout ist, hatten wir ziemlich Stress, damit wir wenigstens einigermassen pünktlich, sauber geduscht das Hotel verlassen konnten. “

„Modern and clean property. Always someone at the desk to open the door for you or get what you need. The area across the street is nicer and there’s good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. There’s always traffic stopped outside 24/7 but luckily not too loud. We could sleep through the night. Very comfortable bed.
