„The resort is well maintained and the staff are friendly and attentive! Our family had a great time in the pool area and loved the evening s'mores! The food was a little pricey, but tasted great with large portions. We had issues with the room TV not working and the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor. A manager offered to move our room and refunded some meals for our inconvenience.“

„I stayed in the Cabins. And it was awesome! The room was sprayed with some type of cologne which was nice to smell upon entering it. It had robes and rubber sandals, but no ironing board or steamer. There was a safe though along with a Bluetooth clock stereo. The bed was more in the soft side but the pillows they had were extra fluffy. Unser Zimmer groß und als gesehen wurde, dass ich große Probleme beim laufen hatte, wurde mir von Arthur, dem Hausmeister mit Herz, ein Rollstuhl angeboten! Arthur hat uns am nächsten Tag auch persönlich zum Flughafen gefahren und war uns eine super Hilfe! Solche Mitarbeiter braucht ein Hotel! „Everything was good. It’s a beautiful hotel in a lively area. I will definitely stay there again if I am in Austin. The only problem for me was that they don’t have coffee machine in the room. They have free coffee in the lobby but I don’t want to get dressed and go to the lobby to get my coffee first thing in the morning. „I won’t be coming back. The Front desk was really nice and gave us a new room as we complained. The first room we stayed at was definitely not the cleanest. There were stains throughout the room, the telephone looked like it had not been cleaned in days, and we didn’t even use the hairdryer because it was so disgusting,probably also hasn’t been cleaned properly. The walls clearly need fresh paint, and the bathroom “door” isn’t even a real door. It looks like a closet door that you can’t fully ...
