« First, the location. What a beautiful view. Next, the room was so nicely renovated. The modern amenities with old world charm. The bathroom was so liluxorious. Next the breakfast was superb. And the extra touches like unlimited drinks and water, freshly baked cookies. Definitely coming back next year. »

« This home is such a gem! A historic home that is updated with many modern conveniences. We’ve been to MANY AirB&B’s and this home was probably the best equipped we’ve been in! Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit! »

« Smelly room because of old carpet. Doors with cracks that we could see through. Back door difficult to open . Small old fridge . Clean and adequate beddings . Shower ok . Breakfast generous . Nice weather, so we spend our time outdoor . Kayaking, mini-golfing , we also made a fire at night that was really a nice opportunity . The accommodations need renovations ! The property has great potential ! »

« Property and breakfast were very good. Staff was friendly and attentive. One small issue is that all the pillows were the same, way to big, neckaches for a back sleeper. »

« We just wrapped up our sixth stay at Linekin Bay Resort, and it continues to be one of our favorite family vacation spots! Bringing our grandchildren here has become a tradition, and every year we make more wonderful memories. The pool is fantastic, the views of the bay are absolutely beautiful, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and we appreciate that most have air conditioning. Our only small suggestion would be to improve towel replenishment and trash...

« Clean, quiet room. No fridge, but could use the office fridge. Shower water pressure was marginal. Easy parking. Walk to everything!! Coffee in office. »
