« Fabulous little place, in an idyllic location. Whilst the accommodation is basic, it is charming and has everything you need....including kitchen and bathroom facilities. The addition of horses, pigs, and chickens and ducks on site was a bonus, and being greeted by the farm dogs every day was lovely. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating (we had to change our dates at the last moment) and are really friendly. Definitely looking forward to staying again. »

« The horses cab was very cute and well designed, spotless and cosy.Very relaxing place, the views of waking upIn the morning with the horses are amazing. Also have pigs, a little pony that is very friendly and trots around in the open. Owners were friendly polite and very helpful on call with anything you needed help with. Even had a lovely wood fire whilst watching the stars. Recommend highly for a relaxing weekend break. Will be going back forSure. Thank you »

« Exceptionally clean. I would describe it as a patio rather than a balcony. Lovely and quiet . Cooking facilities are good Extremely comfortable bed . It really is a place where one can completely relax. It could have benefitted from a clothes rail and a set of drawers but would definitely recommend and would happily stay there again »

« Stayed here for 2 nights recently. House actually looked better than the photos. Lots of space with plenty of towels / cutlery / glasses / plates etc. lovely quiet street within walking distance of Loughborough. would 100% stay here again. I have removed one star as the thermostat on the shower could do with being checked. Unfortunately the only temperate was scalding hot which made it difficult to shower but I’m sure that’s an easy fix for the host. Thanks so much for the stay! »

« First, the good stuff. My family needed a no frills place to stay while visiting family. We needed somewhere to sleep, wash, and eat. Nothing fancy. We prioritized location and in that respect the property delivered - it was very convenient for our desired location and the price was manageable. Shops were easily accessible and parking was available. The rest - the place was disgusting. Everything had a layer of visible grime on it. This extended beyond surfaces , sinks and doors.
