Fantastic property, fantastic management, mid-level neighborhood

We adored this space. It had everything we needed. The responsiveness of this booking management team was amazing. I’m talking response in minutes even when we landed late at night. The house was stocked with everything we needed and was very comfortable and homey. Only things to note: neighborhood is a bit rundown. We arrived at night and were originally concerned about safety but had no issues and grew to really enjoy the location. We couldn’t ever get the TV working. The team was helpful and responsive when we reached out but I think maybe the remote was malfunctioning.

Property needs updating. Area was somewhat sketchy, although the police station was 5minutes away. Several mouse traps throughout the property and spiders/centipeeds coming up the shower drain, and no extra blankets. It did have nice TV’s in all the rooms.

Great Centralized Urban Stay

I had a business trip that required me to go between New Albany & Louisville all week…and my dogs needed to travel w me for the week. The house was perfectly situated between both areas with an easy commute to everywhere. I had plenty of places to walk my dogs & at night the area was quiet. Besides that, the house just has a cool, rustic vibe including everything that you need.

Clean and comfortable property right next to NuLu

Our family of 5 adults stayed for two nights. The property is so cute, clean, and comfortable. Wished we had planned on staying in Louisville longer. Location is in an up-and-coming neighborhood, right next to NuLu, close to downtown, and other super cute neighborhoods. Owners were very responsive!

Great place to stay in Louisville

We loved our stay at this property! We found a couple dead cockroaches inside, but it’s summer and bugs are everywhere so not necessarily anybody’s fault. We saw they had plenty of bug traps around so they’re addressing the problem. Overall we loved our stay, the house is really comfortable for a small group.

Had some hiccups but an amazing place!

Our first night didn’t go as planned but I believe we determined it was due to a breaker issue that I’m sure is very rare. The host was very receptive and attempted to assist me and walk through troubleshooting. I would have preferred for them to have emergency handyman service 24hours a day but the handyman they use did come the next day and the problems we had were corrected. The house is so much more spacious than you would expect. There were six of us and we definitely did not feel at all like we were on top of each other or anything. The location had my MIL a little worried because all of the trash bins were right in front of the house so she thought they were all for the house we were using, but they are the whole streets worth for collection -land that is just where they pick the cans up I guess. The house is conveniently located and we were able to order door dash for food and some small things we forgot. Despite the

Great local stay

The whole house is beautifully updated and full of accommodations. Best of all- it’s in walking distance to so many great bars and restaurants of Louisville. I recommend Agave and Rye and PG&J’s dog bar! Also loved BBB for breakfast. The perfect “last best weekend” with our best friend Peanut.

Good locations in regards to proximity to Louisville distilleries

Property is an older house that’s nicely decorated with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Backyard was a nice bonus with a fire pit and plenty of wood available provided by the host. Always appreciated when a property is stocked with extra towels, shampoo, soap, paper towels and tp which was the case here. The kitchen was well stocked as well with all the dishes, utensils and cooking ware needed. Parking can be a little challenging on the street as all the spaces are frequently taken.

Amazing stay in Louisville

Our host was amazing. They communicated with me plenty both before and during the trip. The inside was absolutely gorgeous and had plenty of space for our 6 guests. The kitchen was wonderful for making meals inside too. I’d stay here again any time I came to Louisville

Great stay!

We really enjoyed this quaint little house. It was decorated nicely and very clean. The only thing I heard at night was the first night some air carriers as it is close to the airport. But wasn’t bad enough to disturb our sleep. Floors were a little loud and uneven in the hallway but can be expected with an older home. Parking was right outside of the house on the street. Great communication with the property managers, they responded quickly and were very kind. Would stay again!

Great house & location

Overall the property & our stay was great! Great location, free street parking right in front of the house & close to tons of restaurants & not far from downtown. The house was decorated really cute & tvs in all bedrooms. My sons loved the upstairs bedroom with the bunk beds, Switch & their own tv! Just a couple - very minor complaints- The kitchen floor was pretty dirty. Also, I was expecting to get check in info just prior to our time, but had to request door code & also Wi-Fi. Again, very minor things. I’m only mentioning them as possible suggestions for future guests. The owners were always very quick to reply! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Fabulous! Really very nice!

There were 3 adults, we each had our own room with lots of space. Nice beds, clean white bedding, clean everywhere, quiet area. Easy parking right out front. Newly remodeled and tastefully decorated! Would definitely stay there again.

Louisville spring break

The property was clean, plenty of room nice back yard. The owner was very responsive to any question that we had. Lovely home. The 3 teens loved the upstairs where they could hang out after dinner, watch movies and play video games. We could not hear them at all. There was a homeless man on the other side of the road that woke me up one morning. He was a little loud. I did not feel unsafe but I would not go for a stroll at night.

Overdue Reunion

High school friends from Chicago met me from Atlanta for an overdue reunion! This house was the perfect place! The location is very close to many restaurants and shopping. Everything in the unit seemed brand new and everything was extremely clean. The decorating is what drew me to reserve this house. It was very contemporary but warm and inviting. Beds were so comfortable and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed. I would suggest this house for a Louisville getaway!!
