We had a very nice stay at the loft. Location was convenient to museums, bourbon tastings, baseball and soccer games. Only a 10 minute drive to UofL; so easy to explore the city. The kitchen had all items we needed during our stay. Extra linens and blankets available. Bathrooms had extra towels and TP. There was an issue with WiFi one night but the owner was very responsive.

Great Location for downtown!

Location: The location is perfect and there was plenty of parking out front for all our cars, it's close to all the things we wanted to do.Issue: air conditioner went out as we were arriving in town. (90 evenings!) They communicated well and had someone on site to work on it. We pivoted to dinner and they informed us at 10 PM it was working again. (It was a new unit too) We checked in. Air went out again the evening of our last night. Slept under ceiling fans and left in the a.m.They were very responsive! If I were to be in a similar situation again, I would appreciate having a team like theirs working to resolve any issues. (They also refunded us part of our stay! )The style inside was amazing and beautifully decorated. Loved the look AND very comfortable beds and sofa, ect. I would stay again, mainly due to their quick responses and caring to make sure we were OK. (I would be frustrated too if i had just bought a new air unit and it mysteriously went out 2x in 3 days. It couldn't have been foreseen, so my focus is on how very well communicated and handled the issues. I've been told the air unit is working great now! Highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay and Enjoy Bourbon Adventures in Louisville

We stayed here from Thursday night to Sunday to travel the bourbon trail in celebration of a friend's 50th birthday. The place is awesome! Plenty of space for 3 of us, close to downtown Louisville, very nice and clean, and with a lot of great amenities. The property manager was very prompt on resolving a running toilet issue (nothing major), and they communicated constantly to ensure we had an enjoyable trip. The property is really beautiful and unique with a big kitchen/dining area that really doubled well as the general hangout spot. Having such a comfortable location to enjoy Louisville really added to this great trip and we hope to return on another Louisville trip in the future.

Perfect little spot

Hands down best spot I’ve stayed in while hopping distilleries in Kentucky. For a small group you cannot beat the location you can walk almost anywhere and a lot of fantastic restaurants in the area. Park was an original concern but turned out to be easier than even some of the hotels I’ve stayed at in years prior.

Great location in the city

The location is great for walkability and though you are in down town you wouldn't know it when you are in the rental. Everything was clean, well stocked and the communication was great. We really enjoyed our time in Louisville and would recommend this rental.

Do not stay here

We arrived and the listing as a 3 bedroom was in accurate. It is a one bedroom with a den and coach sleeper. Also the HVaC did not work and the host did not respond to communication. We had to leave to and find a new place to stay during derby week.

ok, location as good

we did enjoy our stay somewhat, the smell was musky, and needed vacuuming. I would say the rest of the place was clean.. it was neat, and different in a good way except the long hall.. to me that was creepy .Beds were comfortable and it was quite. we are use to a very dark bedroom and the master bedroom was very light . the outside sitting was not clean at all. We did feel very safe there other than the long creepy hall.

Suggestions

Enjoyed our stay, however, a few points need to be made: 1. Coffee pot (single side) did not work - it looked like the machine punctured the pod incorrectly and the coffee grounds and water made a mess. Could not figure out how to work the carafe side. Needs instructions. 2. Safety issue - There is a step down close to the double door (inside). There should be a warning about this posted as somebody might be hurt. 3. Shower in main bedroom has no shelf. Not convenient to use products on the floor. 4. Parking - extremely confusing and awkward. We shuffled cars between metered parking, 30 minute parking and a parking lot all the while feeding the meters. The parking situation should be addressed specifically. 5. Outlets were few and inconvenient in the master bedroom. Had to move furniture to acces on the floor on the left side of the bed.
