Good location, easy to and from airport, and Louisville, waterfront park and pedestrian bridge were nice and close. House was clean, kitchen had what we needed. This was the perfect place for us each to have space and privacy along with great communal areas (indoor and outdoor) for early morning coffee and late night wine! « We were in town for just a quick trip. Looking looking short notice for a hotel to accommodate 5 is not easy and we were lucky enough to find this house. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could have needed. My only regret is that we didn't have a reason to stay longer and enjoy it more. « Our visit began before we arrived, the host had wonderful communication and we were prepared when we arrived. The property was clean and fresh. It is within a short drive to most every entertainment venue and certainly kept us close to our destination. Our next visit to Louisville will certainly include another stay with this host! »

« Our family goes to the National Farm Machinery Show and Tractor Pulls every year. We have stayed 2 years in this house on the river, it has a beautiful view, the house is very nice and host very easy to work with. »

« Location was very convenient for our outings in Louisville with a rental car/uber. Couldn’t beat the riverfront location and all the amenities at the unit. Owner stopped by while in the neighborhood and was very friendly and offered great suggestions. Would rent this property again if in the area. »

« Really enjoyed our stay. The house is well suited for multiple families. We were in town with some friends for a baseball tournament. Friends took the lower level unit and we took the upper unit. Living room and dining room in upper unit were both big enough for all of us to visit together. Then, at the end of the evening, we had our own space. Communication with the host was excellent. We were a bit concerned about potential noise from the bar across the street but it was not an issue at all...

« Very cute little shot-gun style bungalow. Decor has a classy art-deco vibe. The place was super clean. Several nice restaurants within walking distance. Bedrooms are quite small with very little storage but the beds were super comfortable. It would be quite a stretch to sleep 6 as it has a very small pull-out couch in the main area. Also, no hot tub as promoted. The host was super with communication. »

« Overall our stay was good. We had 22 girls, ages 8-16), 5 adult chaperones, and an infant stay. There was plenty of beds for everyone, with pillows and linens. The queen bunk beds are very wobbly, would not recommend an adult on the top bunk! Luckily we had kids on all of the top bunks. The kitchen is on the 2nd floor, so lots of stairs to haul groceries. Kitchen was well equipped, and beautiful. Plenty of prep room, and counter space. The 3rd floor space was a nice quiet are to get away from...
