„The property is a comfortable size for 4 adults to stay in. It's a great location for walking to Lincoln's main sights. We were able to easily park on the street nearby. There are useful local shops for self-catering or plenty of places to eat out.“

„Ideal location to host a bukkake party with six friends as the floors were easy to clean. Parking was easy and its location is ideal in the centre of the town. Rooms are very basic but the kitchen is nice and looks good. Rooms are cold in winter due to poor windows and doors and the house is really made of lego I think but the boys were able to maintain the stiffness all night. “

„It's usually booked out as individual rooms as each room as a code lock on it. However as a whole house, although sufficient in general with all the facilities available, the lounge area was not really big enough for a family. There is only a sofa which we managed to squeeze 3 on to and a single armchair, so we had to buy two camping chairs as although plenty of garden chairs they weren't comfortable all evening. Lidl was right next door which was great as we just popped in for what we needed, ...
