„Sehr nettes Personal. Leider hohe Kaution. Einrichtung der Zimmer etwas altbacken aber in Ordnung. Pool war sauber und Frühstück war gut. Ist zu empfehlen. “

„Poor stay—would not recommend Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to several policy, comfort, and facility issues: Payment Policy: Full payment for the room, along with an unanticipated $20 fee, was required up front prior to the stay, rather than the standard practice of paying upon checkout. Noise Levels: There is a complete lack of sound insulation between rooms and floors. You can clearly hear every movement and sound from the rooms above and adjacent to you. Lighting: The ...

„Very friendly and helpful front desk. The place was clean throughout, with comfy beds and darkening curtains.“

„Great location“

„This was our first time to stay at the Avail and it definitely won’t be the last. Everything about this hotel is so upscale and sophisticated! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the Amp for a concert we were attending, plus there were so many great shops and restaurants right there near the property. Everyone was so friendly, and the rooms were very well cared for. I highly recommend!“

„Great hotel very friendly and helpful staff clean room we would recommend highly and would stay again!!!“

„Everything was clean , nice staff and very good breakfast. We will definitely be staying there again .“

„The location is not great. The hotel next door is run down. We were traveling for business and needed a clean room and bathroom, and this hotel delivered. The staff was incredible and there was easy grab and go breakfast options with some decent options for dining in. We will stay there again for future business trips.“

„The property and rooms were clean“

„This property is what you expect from an IHG Holiday Inn Express. The amenity of laundry services and outdoor seating areas help it feel like a community. Breakfast was great. Our bathroom, specifically the shower, could have been more clean (mold, etc.). The front desk staff, while friendly when spoken to, never initiated greetings or salutations as we entered or exited the property multiple times a day. Overall it was a good property for the rate and surrounding area amenities.“

„Paid for two night and got them at decent price can’t complain about that, my only complaint is the bed sheets I had found a blood stains on them and took awhile for them to get replaced, other than that the room and hotel itself wasn’t bad at all..“

„Gutes Hotel, mit sauberen Zimmern und netten Mitarbeitern. Es war leider sehr hellhörig zu den Nachbarn und in der Badewanne, der Duschvorhang war zu kurz. Ansonsten ein solides Hotel bei der Interstate Ausfahrt. “

„The hotel was very nice and the staff were accommodating. The breakfast was step above the typical free hotel breakfast.“

„Good location for War Eagle weekend. Food and shopping close by and right off the highway.“
