We were very sorry to hear that there was a problem with other guests. We hoped that the refund for your night was adequate. At closing time we check all areas of the motel and while you were here all was quiet at 11PM. Checking with other guests as they departed we could not find anyone else that heard noise. Hopefully this was not just a method of getting a refund.

Before you made your reservation, while looking at the expedia site, you could see the check-in time was 3PM to 10PM. You called in the evening saying you would not arrive until 11PM so you obviously knew the time to check in. You were told that the office closes at 10PM and no one would be available to assist you. You called later to say you didn't know there was a "different" time zone and would be even later. Again you were told you could not check in at that time. In case you missed school that day you should be aware that the time at your home is only 1 of 24 "different" time zones. It is unbelievable that expedia will allow anyone to make a review when they never even arrived at the property.

Thank you. As you were told at check-in we have kettles you may take to your room, along with a variety of coffees and teas. You didn't seem to understand anything we said, even though your partner tried to help. Sorry for this. She did come back to apologize and get a pair of wine glasses.

Thank you for the kind review. We do updates with regard to flooring, paint, and furnishings but just can't change those bathroom countertops. They are in such great condition that the "old style" color does not justify the replacement cost. Have a safe trip home.
