Quiet Weekend

My husband and I enjoyed staying here as part of our weekend ski trip to Okemo. It was quiet and the location is perfect to get to the resort. There is the Eatery around the corner for breakfast and plenty of liquor stores and restaurants within walking distance. We didn’t end up taking the bus, but we did see it stopped pretty much right in front of the house. And overall, the house had all the amenities we needed with working appliances.The only complaint that I had was that couches were stained and dirty upon arrival. We just covered them up with blankets that we brought.

Good location and very neat, but proceed with Caution

This property was located well and very neat, and Vacasa (property management) was responsive. However, access was difficult as the lock box was jammed, and the advertised parking was not available which was a problem because the town of Ludlow does not allow overnight street parking and there were no alternatives. This made for a stressful stay given we had a late arrival. Vacasa was responsive and very nice, but ultimately could not resolve the parking issue. Beds, pillows, and couch were uncomfortable. Otherwise, listing was as pictured and adequate.

I would NOT stay here. It Smells and the Bed was broken and no one would help to remedy the issue

I would NOT Recommend staying here. One of the beds was literally broken. All the wooden cross pieces holding the mattress under the bed were off, and some were broken. So the mattress had zero support and sunks way down. No human being could have slept in that bed. I had to sleep on the couch because that was too uncomfortable. You would not have needed to lay in the bed to know this. It was pretty apparent just looking at it. Not only that, the sheets were not cleaned and we had to wash them ourselves. Further the entire apartment Smells like a cat has lived there for 20 years. Regarding the broken bed, I tried texting the useless Vacasa chat bot several times, i was told many many times that maintenance was coming to fix the bed. And of course, they never came. So they did absolutely nothing to help with the bed, and eventually just stopped communicating with me. Not a great place by any standards.

Great location and nicely renovated

Stayed here with 2 friends for a ski weekend. Nicely renovated unit one street over from Main Street. Minutes to Okemo and on the shuttle route. Loved being able to walk to dinner and breakfast! Would stay here again.
