By Train: From Lugano FFS station, TILO trains offer direct connections to Milan Malpensa Airport. The journey lasts approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Check-Out Instructions

Please leave the apartment in tidy condition.

Waste: Use the red waste bag provided and dispose of it at the collection point located on the left at the beginning of the street.

We provide one complimentary red bag; additional bags can be purchased at supermarkets and most gas stations or kiosks. Failure to remove waste will incur a penalty of 100 CHF.

Dishes: Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and start it.

Bed Linen: It's not necessary to strip the beds.

Please leave the apartment in decent condition. In case of extra cleaning, a penalty of 100 CHF per hour will apply.

Pets

Pets are strictly prohibited. Violation will incur a penalty of 500 CHF.

Parking

Private parking is available at a rate of 20 CHF per day, upon request and subject to availability.
