Thank you very much for your stay in our hotel and the feedback, to which we are very happy to respond. You have booked on this booking page and have booked a double room with balcony. This room category is clearly defined for a maximum occupancy for 2 persons. All our pictures and photos and also all room descriptions also show quite clearly that the rooms have an open and modern floorplan, so there should be no surprise there, since you choose exactly that roomtype. However, you then arrived as a trio and checked in with 3 people. In the booked room category is no space for an extra bed and there is also only laundry and amenities for 2 people. As this rooms can not be booked for 3 guests. We are in the hotel every day until afternoon / evening. If we are not in the house anymore, guests can easily give us a call, 24 hours a day, and if necessary, we are on spot a few mintes later. So, if you really would have honestly wanted to tell us about the 3rd person, there would not have been a problem and you could have done that in a minute! Of course, the next morning we were very surprised that there were only two people at breakfast. Meanwhile, the 3rd person helped himself (herself) at the free coffee bar ( which is very convenient located on another floor) and this 3rd person never showed up in the breakfastoom or near the front office....and was quite hiding herself. We actually hoped, that you would mention the 3rd guest at our front office at least the first morning, ... there would have been plenty of staff around. That would have been the honest thing to do. Instead, we had to write you this letter, which we put in the room, while we emptied the trash ( ..thats what we do in all the rooms ). We feel kind of sad, that you travelling to our country, wasting food at the breakfast, and cheating people and small businesses as we are while we are warmhearted and welcoming to all nationalities. Notre bâtiment date de 1960, et lors de la rénovation, il était important pour nous de respecter toutes les exigences en matière de structure, d'hygiène et de sécurité avec une conception contemporaine, moderne et fonctionnelle des espaces ouverts. Sur le site web ainsi que sur tous les portails, cela est clairement visible sur toutes les photos et vous savez comment nos chambres sont structurées avant même de réserver. Nous sommes un simple B&B, sans complication. Un coffre-fort, un réfrigérateur, l'air conditionné et autres 3*/4* - les normes n'existent pas chez nous. Cette communication est également faite de la même manière. Le fait que vous ayez trouvé un cheveu sur l'oreiller et que la télévision se soit cassée - ce n'est bien sûr pas correct et nous nous en excusons vivement. Dear guests, thank you very much for visiting Emma's Hotel Bed and Breakfast. Our in-room Heating system is always on 22'C, so each guest has the choice to regulate the heating as hthey wish. Of course, if heating temperature is changed, it takes a while, until the heat is in the whole room. On our room descriptions its also mentioned that we dont offer waterboiler or any other cooking facilities in the rooms itself. Also, we offer a quiet big continental breakfast with fresh products from the region and we never promise any "warm-Breakfast". We like to surprise our guests with our simple but special concept since we are not a many-stars-rated hotel, but a small and privately owend business. Wir sind ein kleines 2*-Haus in einer abgelegenen Region und können nur mit Hilfe des Self-Check-ins wirtschaftlich funktionieren. Gerne werden wir sofort die falschen Angaben auf hotels.com prüfen und korrigieren, was da nicht richtig kommuniziert wird, bitte entschuldigen Sie diese Unannehmlichkeit. Wir bewegen uns im unteren Preissegment und sind bestrebt, das Frühstück für den Preis von CHF 15.- pro Person trotzdem vielseitig und mit qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten anzubieten, verzichten da aber bewusst darauf, "Luxusprodukte" wie Lachs, Rohschinken etc zu servieren. Leider erlaubt es der schweizer Datenschutz nicht, dass wir die bei der Buchung erhaltenen Gäste-Infos in unserem Self-Check-in weiterverwenden dürfen. Dennoch dauert ein Check-in an Ariane nicht mal 10 Minuten und wir ermöglichen so unseren Gästen eine flexible Anreise zu jeder Tages - und Nachtzeit.
