« Really cool, interesting renovated home but, renter beware--Communication from the owner was terrible! We did not receive any instruction within 24 hours of our stay and only after I had reached out to VRBO twice.The response time was 12 hours at one point!It was unclear that getting a taxi would be incredibly difficult. Said they could provide help with getting a driver for us and in the end just gave us some numbers, one of which was in Milan! Had they provided details of getting into the home...
