« The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. « Excited to use the Pool, but Its broken. Could not block the light from the outside, no blackout drapes. Washer and dryer broken. Food prep area a mess. Whole place very noisy. »

« Was assigned a room and when I opened the door there were clothes and boots on the bed. When I went to the front desk I was finally assigned a bottom floor which I requested to start with. Also found I was given a non upgraded room when I paid for an upgraded room. When I asked to receive a refund for the difference I was told no. I will not be staying here again. »

« Stay would’ve been OK except for they charged two different credit cards for our length of stay. Pretty much impossible to get a hold of the manager to help the situation since he is never there. We also checked out early due to sickness, I had to contact Expedia to see about reimbursement for one night. They said they would get a hold of me within 48 hours and I have not heard from them either. Unless I hear back from somebody, I will definitely not use Expedia ever again. I’ve never had this...
