« I am a nature lover and explorer, so we came to hike trails along the blue ridge. It was the most gorgeous place to return to after our day was done. Nothing but private woodlands around you, as you sit on the back deck for the morning and evening hours when you aren't out and about! It makes a difference when you come back to a place that feels like home. Those places that are listed as "gems"....this is truly one of them! « This place was excellent. Very clean and quiet. Sherando lake was only 4 miles away with great hiking trails. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay at this place again. »

« Cabin was clean and the location was perfect. Personally we had no issues with the directions provided by the host but the road is an unpaved one and there is no cell service until you reach the property. The cabin is in close proximity to hiking trails and major towns are an easy 30ish minute drive away. Chris was quick to respond and really helpful. The scenery was beautiful and the little stream right in front of the cabin was perfect! »

« Our cabin was cozy and equipped everything we might possibly need to enjoy our time in the mountains. The sound of the creek from the back porch was relaxing. There was a fire pit and grill for added outdoor living. The cabin was surrounded by natural vegetation and situated very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and other area attractions we enjoyed over the course of our stay. »
