« Perfect little place to stay for the night between driving. Had all the essentials. In a good area too. »

« Third time's a charm! Actually, each time has been charming. We enjoyed our stay...the cozy cottage and comfort of home. The convenient location adds to the list of positives. Will stay there again! »

« The Retreat at Candler’s Mountain is exactly as represented on the website. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The area is very near everything you’d need in Lynchburg, but feels secluded and is extremely peaceful. The hosts anticipated all the information we would need regarding the rental, including advising us of an internet outage before we were even aware it was out.I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Liberty University and the Lynchburg area. »

« Everything was beautiful and very clean. We wouls stay again with them. »

« Very clean, seamless check-in. We had an issue and the host representative was very communicative in a reassuring way. Great for railfans. We would recommend for anyone with an interest in trains, American industry, or Blue Ridge outdoor life. »
