A prefect retreat for individuals, couples or small families, our house boats view of the most beautiful sunsets on the pristine waters of Lake Ontario. Whether you`re looking for a peaceful stay or access to many types of adventures, our house is perfect location for both.
The location offers access to plenty of activities such as world-class fishing, great restaurants, rich historical sites, smaller waterways for canoeing and kayaking, plenty of hiking trails, golf courses, wineries and more.
Partying is not permitted and local entry is restricted
Only guests included on the reservation are allowed on the premises. No additional visitors allowed. If it is determined that there were unauthorized visitors on site, the registered guest will be charged ($65.00/visitor/day).
Please adhere to the silent time from dawn to dusk
Please refrain from smoking inside the house
Pets are not permitted on the property. If it is determined that this rule was broken and pets were found on the premises the registered guest will be charged a $200.00 violation fee.
The lake can be very aggressive, please stay away from the shoreline
Children should be supervised by an adult at all times.
Strictly NO SWIMMING even when the water may appear calm.
Please respect the environment and surroundings by refraining from throwing trash in the lake or on the premises of the house
Please keep a steady foot on the rocks and around the fireplace in the backyard
Please do not step on the rocks as they may be unstable and lead to slipping. The rocks closer to the water are very slippery
Do not treat the backyard of the house as a boat or kayak launching deck
Cameras: there are 2 flood cams on the property; one above the upstairs bedroom window facing the front yard and one in the backyard above the upstairs bedroom window facing the deck and the lake
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property. Charges will range from $100.00 and above, depending on the severity of the damage.
