Expedia provided an amazing picture of the room overlooking the ocean which I have yet to find in the entire hotel. The staff was amazing very accommodating and very courteous. The bathroom facilities were amazing. The shower is always had hot water and were of a good size. The towels were very rough and after complaining on our last night, we finally got amazingly soft towels. It’s too bad they waited till the last day we were there. We went to Brazil for an amazing vacation and to top it off an amazing breakfast provided by the hotels. Unfortunately, aqua suites breakfast left a lot to be desired. We went to another hotel just a few doors down called great Western Premier and paid for an amazing breakfast. It’s too bad aqua suites could not provide that. Maybe it’s all the hotels but the Wi-Fi was very poor. Some places were great and some areas were not. Just throwing that in if you have to check email or do any business. The maid service was excellent. They cleaned up very nicely and always provided some towels. Unfortunately, no water is provided unless purchased. And unfortunately, I asked for just a small portion of ice for cooling of our water in a thermos and the woman mistakenly thought I wanted a bucket of ice and wanted to charge me money. Regardless of what I asked for charging for ice I don’t think it’s an acceptable thing to do given the amount we paid to the hotel stay. She did accommodate us with a few cubes in a glass
