We stayed 2 nights, the room and breakfast area was adequate. Location was great. The hike up to hotel was a bit rough for two 58 yr olds. Our room faced the mountain which was nice.

I would not recommend this place for anyone to stay here. Facilities is not clean. Not enough staff to support. Direct too many steps to go up to find a place Not worth the money there are many other good places to stay around. sorry.

部屋にWi-Fiはありません、テレビも見れません。 でもシャワーでちゃんとお湯が出て嬉しかった！！ 階段は大変ですが、マチュピチュ行きのバス停までとても近いので便利です。

O staff e muito gentil , todos muito prestativos e amáveis , mas este lugar e uma armadilha , o acesso e feito por escadas com zero segurança , escada em meio ao barro sem proteção , não contei os degraus mas deve ser mas de 100.... o rapaz que nos veio buscar na estação de trem se ofereceu para carregar a mochila ..mas éramos dois , sem tv a cabo , cafe muito fraco e o pior estamos saindo do salão de cafe e um rato passeando pela cozinha . ,, uma note para nunca mas ... outro ponto a favor e a roupa de cama de ótima qualidade surpreendentemente .

Great choice in the heart of Aguas Calientes
Situated just above the central plaza, this small hotel is very nice and the staff accommodating and friendly. There might be too many steps up for some guests, but the view at Huayna Picchu from the windows and the breakfast terrace is rewarding. Warmly recommended.

Na verdade é uma pousada bem mediana. Para ter acesso à pousada temos de subir inúmeros lances de escada (impossível para pessoas mais idosas e muito difícil para quem tem malas) e a água do chuveiro não esquenta muito e é bem fraca.

The property is nice and clean. The hotel is located on the top of the hill, which means that you have to walk around 80 steps up to your room and the same 80 steps to go down. I would love to do more research in advance to avoid these extra steps. I love my trip to Manchu Pichu.

We were met at the train station and escorted to the hotel. This property is just off the main square but up 113 stairs. We stayed in a beautiful suite with a private balcony. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

It is near restaurants, transportation and shopping in Aguas Calliente but it is on the hillside so it s quiet. The steps to the hotel are tough after a long day of hiking.

We did not end up staying at this hotel. They emailed to ask what time we were arriving on the train and said they would send someone to meet us - no one came. We messaged through Expedia that we were going to get dinner before check-in as our train was delayed - no one answered. We climbed the long staircase to the hotel - no one was in reception and the place looked abandoned. There was a number to whatsapp "Joe" - he didn't answer calls or texts. We left and found another hotel. Joe finally called and said he was available. We told him not to bother. Still trying to get a refund 4 days later - Expedia can't get hold of the hotel or Joe either! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Beautiful and cozy room
Beautiful and cozy room, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend it! The only consideration is that it is located a few stories up some steep staircase without an elevator... so... on the other hand, the staff helped us with some of our luggage.

Rupa Rupa was a magical place! We loved staying here for our Machu Picchu experience. Joe was very helpful and breakfast was perfect each morning! The shower was awesome!

Really lovely little property with kind staff. We had booked a quadruple panoramic jungle view room for 3, but they did not have it when we checked in. They tried to put us in a room with only one queen bed, but after a quick discussion they gave us another queen room. No panoramic views though. I also forgot some USD there and the staff went out of their way to get it back to me (although it took a while). Overall we liked our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Our family loved this place, the room has great view with a seat out area. Also room has windows all around. Very warm & friendly front desk, he was at the train station to walk us to the hotel, yes it is walkable distance :) Next day morning, we had breakfast on the rooftop, it has awesome view. Breakfast was good too.

Too many stairs but decent stay
I got the classic double, it was right below where breakfast is served so it was very loud first thing in the morning and the room stayed pretty light even at night and especially during the day. there were a few bugs, nothing too bothersome and I was pleasantly surprised that I never ran out of hot water in the shower as some of the reviews said that was an issue. It was a decent stay but the stairs were a bit much and I am relatively young and healthy, I wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues and I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The staff at Rupa Rupa took great care of us. They were amazing! They kept our room clean with fresh towels. The breakfast was delicious. You can tell they do everything with love and kindness!

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life. The room was full of mosquitos & bugs. We killed 100 bugs or more each night just to try to get some sleep. Dont stay here.

Too much noise, you can't relax after a tired day.
Getting there was not easy at all, the stairs have too many steps and they are dangerous, they don't seep the dirt nor the fallen leaves so you gotta be very careful, and if you have heavy suitcases it's going to be even more difficult. The internet was bad, there was no soap.. just a little bag of shampoo. And there is too much noise, you just can´t relax because you can hear everything going on outside even the loud music they have.

El hotel está subiendo una larga escalera pero sabiendo eso de antemano cumple las espectativas. Las escaleras están iluminadas por la noche. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y la cama era cómoda. El desayuno fue bueno con buenas vistas en la terraza. Cosas que no nos gustaron del hotel y que se podrían mejorar: los mosquitos dentro de las habitaciones, no había mosquiteras en las ventanas. Así como el ruido por la noche que la verdad que nos impidió dormir al principio.

El hotel es lindo y quienes trabajan ahí son muy amables y ayudan mucho. Lo único complicado es que hay que subir muchas escaleras para llegar, pero ya que estás ahí, tiene una vista preciosa.
