« Communication prior to arrival and throughout stay was excellent. Amanda is simply wonderful and we wish we had more time to chat with her. ( next time!) The cottage is sparking clean and kitchen/living room and bathroom furnishings are to the highest standards . Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable Cottage is one huge room which took us a bit of adjusting too but it’s so bright and clean. We loved it »

« Wir haben uns im Cottage sehr wohl gefühlt. Es bietet sehr viel Platz in allen Räumen und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet . Am kleinen überdachten Sitzbereich hinter dem Haus gibt es sogar ein kleines gepflegte Blumenbeet :o). Die Betten sind riesig und bequem. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Umgebung mit Wanderwegen und dem Meer. »

« Cute spot to stay for the weekend. The property is beautiful and wonderful to explore and enjoy. We were able to cook and eat breakfast and dinner comfortably in the space. We went to The Gumboot Cafe for lunch which was delicious and close by. The owners were personable and gave great recommendations. »

« Quiet location. Amazing patio with view. Took the stairs a few times down to the water (careful can be slippery!) Cozy and enjoyable visit. Owner was very responsive to messages. Steep driveway that needed to be cleared of pine needles (fall visit) for traction. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The views and location was fantastic! The beds were very comfortable. The sliding door was in need of attention. The kitchen was well stocked except for salt and the fridge took a good 15 hrs to cool down but then froze our produce. The oven was unpredictable and did not keep a proper temperature.The hottub never was used by us because it was cloudy and dirty even after contacting the owner. I would definately rent this property again as it hit all my desires, except the hot tub. »

« Cabine bien située, Madeira Park est tout près avec restos et service et plusieurs randos et plages. Par contre vieille cabine mais rénovée sommairement, et vraiment malpropre (plancher, salle de bain et cuisine), selon l’hôte qui répond rapidement c’est un problème avec l’équipe de ménage. Qui n’est jamais arrivé et il a été gentil de me rembourser les frais de ménage. »

« Rita was quick and helpful for use of the puzzling stovetop and TV. However, we could have used written instrucrtions for the stovetop and tv. Also, a microwave and chairs and more utensils would have been helpful. The location is beautiful and has a nice view of the Strait and lovely quiet private grounds. Jennifer & Roger »

« Though we enjoyed our stay at the Timberloft there were many things that could have been done to make the stay more enjoyable. First and foremost is the issue of maintenance and cleanliness. We were aware of the steep steps to the property but they were overrun with vines making the journey up and down dangerous. I had to cut them myself so ensure that noone tripped. While the property is quite charming, there seemed to be very little thorough cleaning done as of late. The place was quite dusty...

« Well... we were very excited about our beachfront stay with the amazing views! Even spoke with the “owner” about swimming and paddle boarding out front! Little did we know, the pictures of the exterior were for the OTHER home and not the one we spent money on. We were scammed. As soon as we arrived we phoned panicking. We were told the cabin in the back was in fact what we had rented and if we had a problem to contact hotels.com!!!!! I was devastated, as we had a family weekend planned out...
