The Space:

🔸On the main level, you have a 1/2 bathroom, game room, living room, kitchen & dining room. The game room has direct access to the backyard deck.

🔹The upper level (5 steps up) has three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

🔸The lower level (5 steps down) has one bedroom, one full bathroom, and the laundry room.

🔹You can enter the home with about 10 steps up to the front entrance door (main level) OR go through the garage where you can access the lower level with zero steps.

🔸Upon entering, you'll see the family room to your right with a large sectional couch, two rocker reclining chairs, and a 65" smart TV.

🔹A few steps away is our formal dining room that can comfortably seat 8

🔸Through the dining room is a sun room, which has another dining table that seats 4 and overlooks the pool

🔹Food lovers will appreciate our fully stocked kitchen w/ granite countertops & stainless steel appliances

🔸After brewing your complimentary coffee or heating some tea, step outside onto the private deck overlooking the backyard and pool.

🔹Soak in the privacy from the hot tub, pool, or outdoor furniture. Lounge in the shade. And while you're outside, enjoy the games, fire pit, and gas grill. The pool is CLOSED October 2nd, 2026 and will reopen on May 7th, 2027.

🔸After a day full of play outside, enjoy our game room with a pool table, board games, 65" smart TV, and fireplace.

🔹Rest easy upstairs with three bedrooms (2 king and 4 queen) and two full bathrooms. The lower level has one bedroom and one full bathroom

▪️We have 2 parking spaces in the garage and 6 in the driveway. Overnight street parking is FREE without a permit, but a restriction. No overnight street parking is allowed from November 15th to March 15th for snow removal purposes. This is a Town of Sun Prairie guideline. You’ll be at risk for a ticket if you park overnight on the street between these dates.



The Neighborhood:

Walkable, several parks nearby (one across the street), and plenty of food and shopping within a 5 min.



Getting Around:

Vehicle will be your best form of transportation.



Other Things to Note:

🔸The pool closed for the season on 10/2/2026 and will reopen May 3rd, 2027. Hot Tub is open year-round.

🔹Two pets maximum per stay (A pet fee will automatically apply at check out).

🔸All overnight guests must be included on the reservation. If you plan to have additional visitors at the property during your stay (such as for a family gathering, birthday celebration, reunion, or hosting local friends), please let us know in advance. Day visitors are welcome with prior approval from the host, and will be charged a a $15 per person visitor fee through the booking platform after your reservation is confirmed. To ensure a great experience for everyone and to comply with our house rules, all visitors must be disclosed and approved before arriving.

🔹Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather or personal emergencies. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. If this is a concern of yours, there's travel insurance for your stay through the booking platform.

🔸Before your arrival, we kindly ask that you complete a quick guest verification through our trusted third-party provider, Guesty. This request is within the guidelines of this platform's terms and conditions, and helps us ensure a safe experience for our guests, and our properties are kept in great condition. It only takes about 2 minutes to complete.

🔹We have a noise decibel reader on the interior of our home. This cannot and does not record audio. It picks up noise levels so that we can help eliminate unwanted activity at our home. We also have an outdoor security camera at the front entrance.
