« It was a clean room. I really appreciated the evening clerk. She was GREAT! When I went to turn the key in at the end of my stay, the person who was at the front desk was in the back and appeared to be reading a newspaper. There were two packages setting there. I announced that I was checking out and mentioned the packages. He didn't get up. Otherwise, everything couldn't have been BETTER! I loved the whirlpool. I liked how they had the room set up. Everything else was great. »

« Cleanliness - the room was generally clean but definitely needed a deep clean (mold inside of sink, hair in shower, etc) Pool - clearly hadnt been whitewashed in weeks based on the amount of gunk under the no-slip mats and and staining/disrepair of components on the splash play area. Staff - all were kind and helpful House keeping was slow to return the one bathroom to functioning in the pool area. I didnt have anyone in to clean during my stay (by my choice) Breakfast- great selection and...
